Which data is required for a pickup?

 In the Trackingpremium Software on the main screen we have a vertical menu band on the left side. There appears the Pickup icon. Clicking this button activates another screen where you can easily create a Pickup order.

First we click on the CREATE button and there the customer data (if new) and the company branch office are placed. If you are a return client, then you do not have to fill in the data because the system recognizes it automatically.

The collection data is completed below;

These are:

1) Delivery address:   Street, City and   Telephone.  

2) List of packages to be pickup: measurements, number of packages, weight, description of the load.

How to generate a pickup

Can be scheduled by the customer itself or by any administrator or by  a company employee assigned for that task.

When a customer places an order, the Cargo Logistics Software captures every detail and displays it on the dashboard. The system offers the customer several time slots that they can choose for collection. The customer chooses its time and the order is sequenced for the warehouse.
